Storage Instructions
Store in the pouch or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place. If not consumed immediately it should be stored in the refrigerator.
If storing in the freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for it to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation. Each packet should be used within a week after opening.
How to brew?
For a hot brew, add 1/2 teaspoon per cup (150ml).
Always pour hot water (80°C) on the leaves and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
